FLOOD WARNING for Butler, Muhlenberg, Ohio, and Warren Counties for areas near the Green River.
Clouds and flurries mainly east of I-65 this morning while clearing will take place west of Bowling Green and gradually move east.
THE SUN RETURNS!
A big upper level low pressure center will slowly move east of us today. Clouds begin to move away this morning paving the way for abundant sunshine to return. However, with a chilly northwest wind, we will only warm into the lower 40s. Warmer air moves in Thursday with winds turning more from the south which will help readings return to the 50s.
Quiet weather continues Friday into Saturday, with just a small cooldown to end the work week before somewhat milder temps move in for the weekend. We should top out in the upper 40s to near 50 Friday with low to mid 50s expected Saturday. We still look good for Hometown Christmas Parades Saturday, with fair skies expected before clouds move in Saturday night and rain showers move in Sunday. The chance for rain continues into Monday, with a possible changeover to some light snow Monday evening as much colder air arrives early next week.
