DENSE FOG ADVISORY until 9am for Adair, Allen, Barren, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Simpson, Taylor and Warren counties in Kentucky – Clay, Macon, Robertson and Sumner in Tennessee.
Areas of widespread dense fog will cause hazardous driving conditions this morning. Otherwise, skies will be mainly clear with temperatures starting in the upper 50s to low 60s rising to near 68° by 10am and around 74° by noon under bright sunshine.
The disturbance that brought a little rain to parts of the area Tuesday night and Wednesday is now heading out. High pressure takes over today with ample sunshine returning after some morning fog. Highs climb to near 80 with seasonably mild lows in the upper 50s tonight. More sunshine and more warming are in store for Friday, with highs reaching the low to mid 80s.

Mainly sunny and warm conditions hang on through Saturday before our next shot at rain arrives Sunday. Highs reach the mid 80s to start the weekend before falling into the upper 70s Sunday. We should dry out Monday morning, with fair weather coming back for early next week.
