SEPTEMBER ENDS CLOUDY:
After a few isolated showers and sprinkles early, we will dry out as high pressure builds in over the area. Tuesday and Wednesday look to be dry with a mix of sun and clouds as daytime high temperatures return into the low 80s. However, the dry weather won’t last too long.
FIRST WEEKEND IN OCTOBER:
A slow moving system will enter the region Thursday afternoon, bringing unsettled weather back to the area. Scattered rain and storms will be possible Thursday and Friday at the start of the Roller Coaster Yard Sale but the bulk of the moisture won’t arrive until Saturday as a strong cold front moves through. Temperatures will also cool down drastically with high temperatures in the upper 60s arriving by Sunday.
