8am: Fog 46°
10am: Sunny 54°

10K CLASSIC WEEKEND:
A fast-moving front – one serving as a reinforcing shot of cool air – affects us Saturday with clouds and a slight chance for light showers. Any rain should quickly move out early Saturday afternoon, with the rest of the weekend looking dry. Highs should reach the mid 60s both days, with nippy lows in the upper 30s Sunday morning.
BRIEF WARMUP, THEN MUCH COLDER:
Next week starts fair and seasonably warm Monday before a major changes arrive. Another cold front moves through early Tuesday with just a slight chance for a shower, but the bigger story will be the chilly air mass expected to move in behind this system Wednesday into Thursday. Highs plunge from near 70 Monday to near 60 Tuesday before only topping out in the 50s late in the period. There’s potential for frost and even a light freeze by midweek, as lows drop into the 30s.
