MORNING NOWCAST:
Clear and cold with some freezing fog near the Land Between the Lakes region.
8am: Sunny 29
10am: Sunny 34°
12 Noon: Sunny 39°

CHILLY BUT QUIET:
Sunshine returned for the first time in nearly a week Tuesday, melting off the dusting of snow Bowling Green received early in the day. After a chilly start, expect a warmer afternoon filled with mostly sunny skies today. Highs should climb into the lower 40s. A weak cold front eases through tonight. No precipitation is expected with it, but it will send readings tumbling into the very cold low to middle teens Thursday morning!

THE UPCOMING WEEKEND:
We’ll stay dry most of Friday before our next storm system arrives Friday night. This one could bring another wintry mix of precipitation to the region as the weak closes out. At this time, it appears Bowling Green will see mostly rain late Friday night into Saturday after a mix to start. Then as colder air returns, a change back to light snow showers is possible Saturday night into Sunday. Highs Saturday warm into the mid 40s before colder air returns early next week.

TODAY:
Sunny and Warmer…High 42, winds NW-6

TONIGHT:
Clear and Quite Cold… Low 15, winds Calm

THURSDAY:
Sunny and Colder…High 34, winds SW-5
