MORNING NOWCAST:
A clear, chilly start followed by lots of sunshine.
8am: Sunny 36°
10am: Clear Skies 41°
12noon: Clear Skies 45°

ONE MILD DAY:
A ridge of high pressure will bring us a very nice day in Southern Kentucky for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Ample sunshine along with a southerly wind flow will help temperatures rise to near 50 degrees.

WINTRY WEATHER RETURNS:
Another “clipper” system is expected to push through early Tuesday morning bringing the chance of snow showers to the region. The latest models have indicated some areas could pick up a dusting up to an inch of snow by Tuesday afternoon. Widespread Arctic air will settle in for the rest of the work week with highs struggling to reach the mid 20s with lows diving into the teens.
