MIXED BAG FOR VALENTINE’S DAY:
A Clipper-type system swings through the Ohio Valley Friday. This brings us a good chance for a mix of rain and wet snow, changing to snow before ending Friday evening. Some snow accumulation is possible, although it is too soon to project amounts at this time. We’ll reach a high around 40 Friday with cold lows in the lower 20s Friday night.
WEEKEND WARMING/NEXT WEEK:
Saturday appears dry before another weak disturbance glides by late Saturday night into Sunday morning with a little light rain or light snow. Beyond that, much warmer air takes over! Highs climb from the 40s over the weekend into the 50s Monday and Tuesday. Even lower 60s are possible Wednesday! There is a decent shot at rain Monday night into Tuesday morning.
