NOWCAST THROUGH LATE MORNING:
Mainly clear and cold. Patchy fog and freezing fog will develop.

A FINE FRIDAY:
We went a long way toward melting our snow/ice pack Thursday, with a good dose of sun and warmer temperatures. There is still concern for both freezing fog potential along with black ice on mainly lesser-traveled roadways this morning as readings dip into the upper 20s. But ample sunshine should return allowing for our warming trend (and melting) to continue. Highs look to climb into the upper 50s…close to normal for early March. Lows tonight only fall into the upper 30s with fair skies.
SPRING AHEAD WEEKEND:
Most of the weekend appears dry, with Saturday the warmer of the two days. A weak weather maker slides in Saturday night, bringing just a slight chance for rain showers perhaps mixed with wet snow. Dry weather resumes Sunday. Highs climb into the low 60s Saturday before dropping back a bit into the low 50s to close out the weekend.
Monday and Tuesday are looking great at this time, with fair skies and balmy temperatures. However, another storm system arrives midweek, with rain at first before a possible change to snow Wednesday into early Thursday.
