Monday featured loads of sunshine and the warmest temperatures of March so far! It gets even warmer today. Sunshine will give way to more high clouds toward evening, but a breezy southwest wind should send us into the lower 70s! Clouds thicken tonight with rain and even a few thunderstorms possible after midnight.
MAJOR MIDWEEK CHANGES:
Our next storm system moves through Wednesday morning, with widespread showers and a few rumbles of thunder likely. Temperatures take a tumble as blustery northwest winds take over. Readings will fall from an early day high near 60 into the upper 30s by late afternoon. Remaining showers could mix with some wet snow over mainly northern sections Wednesday evening, but no accumulation is expected. Lows Wednesday night plunge into the lower 20s, with wind chills dropping into the teens. Thursday looks dry but chilly, with highs only in the mid 40s.
WARMING BACK UP:
After a chilly Thursday, readings rebound to near seasonal levels Friday into the weekend. A weak weathermaker gives us a small shot at rain Saturday with another chance for rain Monday.
