A Bit Chilly Before We Warm Up Again

NOWCAST THROUGH LATE MORNING:
A clear and cold start with a light northeast wind.
6am: Clear 27°
8am: Sunny 31°
10am: Sunny 38°

A COOLER START:
High pressure will bring us a nice Monday ahead with lots of sunshine but with temperatures trending cooler than average. An approaching disturbance will bring increasing clouds tonight. By early Tuesday, some light rain sprinkles or even wet snow flurries are possible, especially north of Bowling Green. Chilly winds will blow in behind the disturbance Tuesday afternoon bringing a few light rain showers before clearing out Tuesday night.

LATE WEEK WARMUP:
While Wednesday will be sunny but cool, temperatures will be on an uphill swing by Thursday as southwest winds help us warm into the upper 50s. Another disturbance will bring a round of showers – even some Springtime thunderstorms beginning Thursday night. A chance of showers will continue to linger into Friday and early Saturday. However, temperatures will remain warm into the 60s.
