STILL UNSETTLED TUESDAY:
After a sometimes soggy Monday, another system – this one an upper air disturbance – swings through today with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms. A couple of storms could produce small hail, but severe weather is not expected. Highs should top out in the lower 60s. Rain ends this evening with clearing and chilly conditions overnight.
WARMING UP AGAIN:
More abundant sunshine returns Wednesday. It remains cool through midweek before much warmer temperatures return Thursday and Friday. Highs jump from near 60 Wednesday into the lower 70s by late week. Our next chance for showers and thunderstorms arrives Friday.
At this time, the weekend appears mainly dry before rain chances return late Sunday night into Monday. Highs warm into the mid and upper 70s over the weekend.
