Things will stay warm and rather humid through the remainder of the work week with daily chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Organized severe weather is not expected, but a few storms could be strong, with locally heavy rain, intense lightning, gusty winds, and small hail possible. Expect highs to top out in the mid to upper 80s with lows in the mid 60s.

THE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT WEEK:
We may catch a break in the unsettled weather Saturday behind a weak cold front pushing through before humidity climbs again early next week. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible Sunday through Tuesday. Daytime highs will stay in the mid to upper 80s.
