Pattern Remains Unbroken

NOWCAST THROUGH LATE MORNING:
Partly cloudy and humid with isolated showers possible.
6am: Partly Cloudy 71°
8am: Partly Cloudy 71°
10am: Isolated Showers 76°

MORE OF THE SAME:
The story stays unchanged for the new work week. Afternoon/evening “hit and miss” showers and thunderstorms will remain as temps stay just above average. Some storms could contain heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning. South Central Kentucky could see some serious rain makers at times with rainfall amounts up to half an inch or more. The unsettled weather will be coupled with high humidity across the region.

WEDNESDAY SEVERE:
A better chance for organized severe storms are possible Wednesday as a storm complex develops and moves out of Nebraska toward Kentucky. This could produce widespread damaging wind and hail Wednesday night.

400 MILE YARD SALE WEEKEND:
One of Kentucky’s largest yard sales across US 68 will be affected by chances for a few showers and thunderstorms – otherwise, not much will change with the ongoing forecast through Sunday.
