NOWCAST THROUGH LATE MORNING:
Mostly clear and quite cool.
6am: Mostly Clear 57°
8am: Mostly Clear 63°
10am: Mostly Sunny 73°

A PLEASANT THURSDAY:
Our run of pleasant and unseasonably cool temperatures continues! A cool start in the 50s will followed by another day filled with sunshine and just a few afternoon clouds. Highs will warm a bit into the lower 80s this afternoon. A few more clouds move in tonight, but we stay dry with lows dropping into the upper 50s.

TURNING UNSETTLED:
A slow-moving storm system closes in on the area by late Friday. This sends more clouds our way along with a chance for a shower or thunderstorm by Friday evening. Better rain chances are up for the weekend, with locally heavy rainfall possible in the strongest storms. Highs will warm slowly from the lower 80s Friday to the mid 80s Sunday, with warmer overnight lows expected.

NEXT WEEK:
We will see a transition back to a more typical July pattern by Monday, with very warm and humid conditions next week. Each day will feature partial sunshine along with a small chance for mainly afternoon thundershowers. Highs slowly warm to near 90 by midweek, with lows in the muggy upper 60s to near 70.
