After several days of unsettled weather with much-needed rainfall for many, Canadian high pressure is now settling into the Ohio Valley. As a result, we will some very enjoyable weather through midweek! Highs today will once again reach the lower 80s with lots of sunshine. Clear skies and a calm wind will set the stage for unseasonably cool readings in the low to mid 50s tonight. Humidity will be low and comfortable through Thursday with plenty more sunshine expected.
SLOW WARMING TREND:
A gradual return to more August-like temperatures and humidity levels takes place over the weekend into next week. Friday and Saturday look dry before small chances for many late-day thundershowers return from a series of disturbances Sunday through Tuesday. Highs climb from the mid 80s to near 90 with overnight lows turning warmer and muggier late in the period.
