QUIETING DOWN WEDNESDAY:
A cold front moved through South-Central KY bringing an end to the showers and storms with clearing skies. This sets us up for gorgeous day with lots of sunshine and light winds to make for a pleasant afternoon. Highs will top out in the mid 70s, close to normal for early October. Skies stay fair tonight with lows in the lower 50s.

RAIN CHANCES RETURN:
Clouds move back in early Thursday afternoon as the cold front moving through tonight heads back northward as a warm front. This will likely set off showers and thunderstorms Thursday evening into Friday. Rain chances continue over the weekend into early next week as more disturbances rotate through. Highs dip into the 60s Saturday, with 70s expected through the rest of the period. Overnight lows will range from the low 50s to the low 60s.
