NOWCAST THROUGH LATE MORNING:

6am: Mainly Clear 25°
8am: Partly Cloudy 31°
10am: Partly Cloudy 39°
WINDY, WARMER WEDNESDAY:
Arctic air retreats today allowing temperatures to warm quite a bit as a strong southwest wind (which may gust to near 30 mph at times) takes over. Highs will climb into the upper 40s, nearly 20 degrees warmer than Tuesday, with increasing clouds. A weak cold front slides through tonight with nothing more than a few clouds. We stay dry Thursday, although it will be slightly colder, with highs dropping back to the low 40s.
The warming trend resumes Friday into the weekend, but we will have to contend with unsettled weather. The first of several chances for rain enters the picture Friday evening, with better chances for showers Saturday. A stronger disturbance approaches Sunday, bringing with it a chance for thunderstorms along with gusty winds. Highs climb from the 40s Friday into the 50s Saturday and then 60s Sunday!
Monday starts wet before cooler, drier air rolls in late Monday into Tuesday. Highs fall from the low 60s Monday into the 40s Tuesday.
