NOWCAST THROUGH LATE MORNING
Clear and very cold.

A FINE FRIDAY:
Sunshine continues as the work week comes to a close. We’ll warm up just a bit today with readings climbing into the upper 40s. A few more clouds roll in tonight with milder lows only in the mid to upper 30s as a south wind picks up.
WARM, WET AND WINDY WEEKEND:
The warming trend kicks into a higher gear this weekend but we will have to contend with unsettled weather. Saturday will be the better of the two weekend days with just a slight chance for an isolated rain shower (mainly northwest of Bowling Green). A strong cold front approaches Sunday, bringing with it a better likelihood for widespread rain and thunderstorms along with gusty winds of 30-40mph! Rainfall amounts could exceed a half-inch for most. Highs climb from the 40s Friday into the upper 50s Saturday and then 60s Sunday!
Monday starts wet before colder, drier air rolls in late Monday into Tuesday. Highs fall from the upper 50s Monday into the 40s Tuesday into Wednesday. At this time, the region appears dry for any travel plans you may have leading up to Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving Day looks mainly dry but a weak system could bring a chance of a rain or snow shower by Thursday night.
